The latest news about re-opening Azore’s Boutique LTD.

The latest news is that salons will be opening from Saturday 4th of July 2020, so we would like to share our plans for Azore’s Boutique NEW NORMAL.

It is likely the hair and beauty sector will be given strict Government rules which we will, of course, follow, so the plan outlined below may change.  We hope this reassures you that we will continue to take precautions to protect our clients and staff to the best of our ability.

New Normal at Azore’s Boutique LTD

The team at Azore’s have undergone training, so we are all up to date on social distancing and hygiene requirements.  We are fully stocked with all the necessary PPE to keep clients and staff safe. We have also planned what the customer experience may look like when you come in for your appointments.

Imagine our Boutique with fewer clients, with high levels of social distancing, and enjoying a one to one service with one of our highly trained stylises.

You will be asked to use hand sanitiser before being given a fresh gown and towels. All gowns and towels will be washed after each client.

If you wish, you can sanitise your hands again using the bottle that is conveniently placed at your freshly sanitised styling station.

Your stylist will be wearing clean gloves, a mask or visor, and an apron.

We are unlikely to offer refreshments, but you are welcome to bring in your own drinks (no alcohol please). We will also no longer have magazines available, but you can always use your kindle, tablet, or phone for entertainment.  We also ask that clients come for their appointments alone.  Carers may, of course, accompany their children or dependents for appointments and can use our sanitised waiting areas (where the seats will be 2 metres apart).

At the end of your appointment we are sure you will be happy with our services. You will be asked to pay at our sanitised till area, preferably by card or Apple Pay, or by bank transfer. The PDQ machines will also be sanitised between payments.

You will be invited to remove your PPE and put it in the pedal bin before putting your coat back on and leaving the salon.

The salons will be cleaned regularly and daily, with a deep cleaning every evening. We will continue cleaning the salons to their usual high standard and use anti-bacterial spray on door handles, handrails, toilet flushes, taps and other areas of multiple contact throughout the day.
